Hey everybody! The project I spent dozens of hours perfecting and researching and analyzing has finally been completed, and published. The general press release (most of which was written by me, it's been altered some) is now the headline article on Senator Lugar's website. There's also a lot more information than that which we circulated in an internal memo and to some specific organizations...but it's not in the "public domain" per se.
