The Obama Bowl!

Today I went to church, babysat one of the counselor’s little boys during Sunday school, played for choir, came home, broke my fast, took a nap, and then went to a Superbowl gathering upstairs. I have to admit, I was happy the Giants one. I didn’t have much of a stake in the game and really wouldn’t have cared either way, but usually in these cases I root for the underdog and/or the team with the more attractive quarterback. The Giants met both of those standards this evening. I was also shocked to see that Barack Obama had succeeded in getting one of his ads aired during the game. I hope that gives him a marginal spike. The major event of this evening was a major underdog upsetting the domineering dynasty -- can history repeat itself on Tuesday? Let us hope so!
